PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy policy

How information is used, retained and deleted, and how to exercise your rights.

Effective Version 1.0All policies

1. Scope and operator

This policy covers the official website at acronsoft.kr and www.acronsoft.kr and email inquiries about products, development, investment and partnerships. The legal operator is 에이크론 소프트 (Acron Soft).

ERP and implementation customer/employee data are governed by the relevant contract and separate service privacy information.

2. Information, purposes and legal bases

  • Email consultation: name/company or affiliation, reply email, inquiry area, related product/solution, message and any contact details or files you send. Used to answer and conduct the requested consultation, based on consent (Korean Personal Information Protection Act, Article 15(1)(1)) or steps requested before entering a contract (Article 15(1)(4)).
  • Access/error logs: request time, connection IP, requested path and response status. Used minimally for website delivery, fault diagnosis and security, within the necessity, proportionality and rights-balancing requirements for legitimate interests in Article 15(1)(6).

There is no membership or online checkout. Form entries are used only to open your mail app and are not stored on the website server or in browser storage. We receive the inquiry only after you send the email. Please do not include identification numbers, health information, passwords or unnecessary third-party personal information.

3. Retention and deletion

  • Email inquiries: retained for one year after consultation ends, then deleted without delay. For ongoing consultation, the period starts when it ends.
  • Access/error records: retained only as needed for fault diagnosis and security response; deleted without delay when no longer needed for that purpose.
  • If an inquiry becomes a contract, relevant items and retention are explained at the contract stage. Records subject to legal preservation duties follow the applicable legal basis and period.

Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be restored or reused. Paper records, if any, are shredded or destroyed. Unneeded attachments are deleted as well.

4. Third parties and external services

We do not sell inquiry information for advertising or publish it. Disclosure outside the consultation purpose requires a separate consent or legal basis.

Daum Mail, operated by Kakao Corp., is used to receive and store inquiries and provide spam/security processing. Your sending mail app/service and external sites follow their own policies.

5. Cookies and automated tools

The official website page code uses no advertising/analytics cookies, tracking scripts or behavioral analytics tools. Form entries are not saved to local or session storage. Web-server access/error records are managed separately as described above. External mail-service cookies are governed by that service and browser settings.

6. Your rights and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. Email us with the date and sender address of the relevant inquiry and your request. After verifying you or your authorized representative, we respond under applicable law and explain any lawful restriction, including preservation duties.

You may refuse to provide inquiry information, though without a reply address and necessary details we may be unable to respond. Reading the public website does not require inquiry information.

7. Protection principles

Only staff who need inquiry information for their work should handle it. Unnecessary copying, sharing and use outside the purpose are restricted. The official site is served over HTTPS, and account and data access are managed. We review purpose, retention and protection measures as part of ongoing operations.
