These terms describe use of the official public website and inquiry functions. Company, product and service information can be read without membership. Product purchases, ERP licenses, implementation, maintenance and data handling follow separate contracts and service terms. Website use alone does not create a product or investment contract.
2. Information on the website
We publish company information, product capabilities and demos, solution scope, delivery practices and contact information. Features and deployment depend on the customer environment, permissions, integration settings and contract. Review the descriptions accompanying illustrative screens. Quotes, availability and support are discussed individually.
3. Inquiries and consultation
The form opens your mail app with your entries. You must review and send the email yourself; clicking the website button does not submit it to us. If sending fails or details are incorrect, contact the company email directly. Form entries are not stored on the website server. Agree on confidentiality and sharing scope before sending trade secrets or third-party confidential documents.
4. Responsible use
- Do not impersonate another person or misuse their contact information.
- Do not send malware, exploit vulnerabilities or disrupt service with excessive requests.
- Do not falsely represent a partnership, certification or contract using company names or materials.
- Respect applicable laws and third-party intellectual property rights.
Ordinary viewing, link sharing and normal search/AI crawler access to public information are permitted. Do not disrupt operations or access private areas without authorization.
5. Content and intellectual property
Company logos, original images, text, screen materials and software belong to the company or their lawful owners. Third-party materials remain with their owners. Viewing for product/internal review and sharing website links are allowed. Discuss commercial redistribution, sales or modifications presented as official materials with us first. Uses and quotations permitted by law remain subject to that law.
6. Changes, interruptions and links
Updates, maintenance, security response or fault recovery may require changes or temporary interruptions. We announce material effects where practicable. External sites and mail services operate under their own conditions; review those terms when you use them.
7. Responsibility and separate contracts
We work to keep information accurate and review reported errors. Responsibilities follow applicable law and individual contracts. These terms do not exclude intentional misconduct, gross negligence or legally non-excludable liability. Product warranties, support, costs, cancellation/refunds and data return are agreed in the adoption or development contract. Investment information supports review and consultation; it does not guarantee returns or results.

We first seek resolution through discussion. Unresolved disputes follow the laws of the Republic of Korea and statutory jurisdiction rules.
9. Effective date and changes
Effective 11 October 2026. Changes and their application date are posted on this page. Rights and obligations under a separate contract follow that contract and applicable law.
